Q: What is CBD?
A: CBD is an acronym which stands for Cannabidiol. Cannabidiol is a non-intoxicating therapeutic component derived from either cannabis or hemp oil. All our CBD products are derived from Industrial hemp oil.
Q: Is CBD legal?
A: Yes. Hemp-derived CBD oil is considered legal by the Federal government because industrial hemp is defined as a food product.
Q: Can I get high from CBD?
A: CBD derived from hemp oil contains little to no THC, so you won’t feel any of the psychoactive effects found in THC.
Q: What is CBD used for?
A: CBD is used to treat a range of health issues because of its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. For example, it is used to relieve pain in patients who are intolerant of or allergic to other NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) like ibuprofen and naproxen sodium.
Q: Why has CBD suddenly become so popular?
A: The medical community has recently found important value in the CBD compound as well as in other hemp-based compounds. There has been a lot of research involving benefits to patients with mild to serious illnesses.
Q: How much should I take? How much is a dose?
A: Generally, people consume anywhere from 10mg to 100mg in a dose. Most people need one dose per day.
Q: Do CBD products contain any psychoactive compounds?
A: By law, CBD products must contain less than 0.3% THC. Ours contain none. All our products undergo third-party testing for potency and quality.
